Every time is pizza time!

Today I want to indulge you with my veggie/meat pizza recipe, enjoy :)


10 grams dry yeasts
1.5 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup regular flour
1 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp salt

Topping: can be aaaanything ;)

1 red pepper
1 can of corn
yellow cheese: Gouda
half of zucchini
few mushrooms
1 package of broccoli sprouts
1 onion


Mix the two types of  flour, dissolve yeasts in the lukewarm water. Add the dissolve yeasts to the flour and add salt. knead the dough for 15-20 minutes. Leave the dough covered with cloth for an hour. When the size of the dough doubles, spread the dough on the pizza form and spread all the ingredients. Bake your pizza for 20 to 25 minutes in 180°C until the crust is golden. Serve straight from the oven, enjoy;)
